Q: How many capsules should I consume in a day?
A: For 18 to 49 years old: Consume 1 Sheep Placenta Softgel, preferably after meal in the evening. For those above 50 years old: Consume 2 Sheep Placenta Softgels, preferably after meal in the evening.
